Driftwood, pine needles, shells, grasses, seaweed, beach plums, rocks, flowers from nature and a few dried ones rom Pilot Hill Farm, etc. 6 yr old was especially responsible for weaving grasses and pine needles for rugs and mats, the "trees", as well as the pine needle roof and the garden design. 4yr old was especially responsible for positioning shells, helping make the chairs, twig collecting, and the lounge chair leaves in the beach plum pumpkin patch.
