Welcome to the FairEntry website where you will register your 4-H exhibits that you wish to bring to the 2026 Freeborn County Fair! FairEntry is integrated with 4honline, which means you will be using your 4honline login to access FairEntry. All ACTIVE members, their contact information, and animal ID information are already uploaded. FairEntry is mobile friendly.

Important Dates:

  • May 15th: Animal ID Process was Completed - by that date ALL tags MUST be in the animal's ear and were entered in 4honline.com
  • May 25th: Registration for FairEntry opens.
  • June 22nd: Registration for FairEntry deadline. The system will lock itself and no entries will be accepted after 11:59 pm on Monday, June 22nd.
  • July 29th: Livestock Interviews will happen in-person between 2pm-6pm in the Fairlane Building - Fairgrounds.** Please come anytime between that time frame, it will take about 5-10 minutes & then please help in the 4-H Bldg. or barns.
  • July 29th: Set-up for the 4-H Exhibit Building and 4-H Livestock Barns by placing display cases around and setting up the pens.

County Fair requires volunteer help to run smoothly and provide a quality experience for all of our 4-H youth and families. You are needed to make this happen. Volunteering is expected from 4-H members and families throughout the Freeborn County Fair.
