Welcome to Online Entries for Bellville Fair!

Click here for livestock rules, classes, & schedule. Remember a livestock exhibitor must be a K-12 student who lives in Richland County or attends a Richland County school.

Livestock entries close July 1.

About this Online System

  • Please reach out to Nichole (419-631-2508) or Darla (419-564-8814) with questions.
  • Watch this help video for guidance during the online registration process. Video is quick. Be prepared to pause it as needed.
  • Because Bellville Fair is not affiliated with 4-H, ignore any prompts within this online system that mention 4-HOnline. You will need to enter information for each exhibitor and each animal that will be exhibited. Nothing from 4-HOnline is carried over into Bellville's system.
  • Within this registration process, you will see buttons referring to payment. Rest assured, there are NO ENTRY FEES for any Jr. exhibitors. You will not be prompted to enter payment information.

Showmanship - You can enter Showmanship classes during this online entry process; however, this is NOT the only opportunity you will have to sign-up for showmanship.

Scrapie Tags - Click here for information about scrapie tags, i.e. flock ID vs. animal ID.

Proof of Possession - In addition to the entries made online, print, complete, & submit this form as proof of your possession for market lambs, goats, hogs, & feeder calves. Form & pictures are due July 12. If you need EID tags, contact a Livestock Director. In-person tagging is Sunday, July 12 from 5:00-7:00 PM at the pavilion behind the Jefferson Twp. Fire Dept.

Market Rabbits are required to be tattooed by August 2, 2026. If you have a rabbit from an adjacent county fair, you'll need to submit a completed proof of possession form and pictures by August 2. If your rabbit is not tattooed, there will be Rabbit Tattooing on Sunday, August 2 from 5:00-7:00 PM in the Old Fire Station.
