Entry to the Dallas County Fair constitutes exhibitor/guardian permission to release basic information and/or photos for publicity purposes. We make every effort to protect and care for property in our possession and on display but will not be held responsible for accidental loss or damage to your articles.

Participants and it’s visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous and sportsmanlike manner. There will be no running, playing, yelling, horseplay, arguing, stealing, or any improper conduct in or around the Dallas County Fairgrounds.

Those deemed in violation of these rules or inappropriate behavior will forfeit all privileges of entering exhibits, prizes, monetary awards, and are subject to not returning/visiting and be subject to such penalty as the Association may order at the Dallas County Fair.

The Dallas County Fair Association reserves the final and absolute right to interpret these rules and arbitrarily settle and determine all matters, questions, and differences in regard thereto, or otherwise arising out of, connected with or incident to the Dallas County Fair and it’s staff and buildings. The DCFA has the right to amend these rules at any time .

Exhibitors from counties other than Dallas may enter the Dallas County Fair, but those exhibitors must agree NOT to enter other County Fairs.
